Project Manager Digital Health - Personalized Medicine (m/w/d)

Project management: You are responsible for the planning, implementation and successful completion of selected Digital Health projects (focusing on personalized medicine) Product responsibility: You are responsible for the design, introduction and continuous improvement of digital solutions in close coordination with IT in the context of Digital Health Personalized Medicine: You work closely with internal and external stakeholders from medicine, science and IT Strategy: You conduct a (product/AI) strategy from medical, scientific and technical requirements Innovations: You research and evaluate new opportunities, trends and technologies

Graduate in Business Administration, Medicine, Digital Health or a related field 2-3 years of professional experience in project management (ideally consulting or corporate), in the context of Digital Health solutions to manage projects taking into account time, scope and budget Funded knowledge in the creation of presentations and decision templates for our management and in the design and implementation of workshops Ideally practical knowledge in data analysis and handling AI-based models Extensive knowledge and experience with methodological frameworks Organizational talent and the ability to effectively coordinate different stakeholders and teams within and outside the companies of the Black Group Deep understanding of current trends / challenges and a pronounced strategic way of thinking for a solution-oriented approach
