As a practical manager (m/w/d) in the nursing area at the Hessing Foundation in Augsburg, you will be able to expect a variety of and responsible tasks in the field of nursing and functional services. Planning, implementation, reflection of practical applications and practical instructions in consultation of the station and station lines Organisation and implementation of group instructions, reflection talks, welcome days for trainees Preparation and planning of internal training and projects for trainees Documentation of practical instructions, learning orders and training status Networking with the external bodies of theoretical training, cooperation partners and the interdisciplinary team of the Hessing Foundation Preparation and participation in practical exams Participation of job interviews and selection procedures as part of the apprenticeship Close cooperation with schools as well as internal departments to ensure an optimal link between theory and practice Training and workshops on the further development of nursing practice Working with the development of new concepts for practical instructions Guides in the Skill-Lab-Room acceptance and preparation of exams and knowledge checks

Your qualifications include: Complete training in health care and nursing or nursing with further education to/from the practical manager.
