Your tasks General administrative tasks for the office organization, visitor management, Document storage, post administration and care of office materials Central contact point for customers and employees Examination and management of internal orders and invoices Support of the company hotline: reception and switching of telephone calls and callback messages Responsible appointment monitoring and coordination Support in the organisation and implementation of internal events and projects

Successfully completed schooling Team spirit and communication strength High flexibility and commitment High quality and service requirements Own initiative and willingness to take responsibility Good knowledge of English
