IT Request Manager (m/w/d) Service Operations

Our over 250-person IT department contributes decisively to our growth and success. In addition to software development, this includes the control and networking of IT systems, the development and implementation of security architecture, the entire IT operation of all applications and systems hosted in their own data center, as well as IT support and the organisation and implementation of IT strategy projects.

To strengthen our IT operation team we are looking for a full-time (38,5 hours/week) at the next possible date IT Request Manager (m/w/d)

Consumption, classification and categorization of requirements, service request and fault messages as well as user requests. Consumption and analysis of IT requests in 2nd level support. Conducting diagnostics, identifying technical problems and developing solutions. Priority of requests according to the Incident Management Process. Technical documentation Support for asset and service management Creation of tickets and allocation to the corresponding system Engeneers Checking tickets with the SLA's (Service Level Agreements) Planning, coordination and organisation of maintenance operations Coordination with other IT departments Transfer of escalated requests to the 3rd level support if required Proactive identification of trends and problems for continuous improvement of service quality.

completed vocational training, study of computer science / economic informatics or comparable qualifications IT support or 2nd level desirable, affinity for IT operation and infrastructure Experience in handling common operating systems Experience in dealing with common applications, e.g. MS Office etc. Knowledge of ticket and documenization systems Basic network knowledge Self-employed readiness German fluent in word and writing, good English skills strong team capability, solution orientation and communication skills
