· General master and maintenance work · Control, maintenance and repair of technical equipment in the building · Control, maintenance and repair of technical equipment (air conditioning, heating, Sanitary/water installations) · Monitoring of domestic engineering (including ventilation systems, heating systems, Water treatment, basic electrical engineering · Craft repairs (e.g. carpenter, painter, metalwork) · Coordination and monitoring of external service providers · Support for relocations and event building · Participation in readiness as required

• Your profile--

· Complete training for the electrician, installer, mechatronic or castle · Experience in building/house technology desirable · Knowledge of climate, heating and sanitary installations · Handicraft skill and solution-oriented operation · Reliability, teamability and service orientation · Ready to call
