Corporate responsibility for our offices in Berlin-Spandau and Dresden Responsibility for our external employees - both professional and human Active new customer acquisition and development and maintenance of existing customer relationships Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements (AÜG, collective agreements, occupational and health protection) Control of revenue, budget, coverage and relevant key figures Analysis of regional market and development of new business potential

Business studies, completed training for personnel service businessman/wife, industrial businessman/wife or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in management and sales within the transfer of employees, ideally focusing on industrial and commercial sectors Funded knowledge of the Employee Transfer Act (AÜG) and labour law Representative leadership and sales competence Entrepreneurial, commercial thinking and a pronounced hands-on mentality Communication strength, a sense of decision and a sense of responsibility IT affinity as well as fluent German knowledge in word and writing Driving licence mandatory
