As (Senior) Manager Regionalbankberatung (m/w/d), you advise individual regional banks or their affiliates and contributes to complex projects with deep (quantitative) analyses and research. Hands-on entry: In a leading role, you work directly with a project team, for example in the preparation, implementation and documentation of interviews or workshops. Direct Responsibility: You take (partial) projects and participate in the processing of overarching conceptual questions for large banking alliances up to association level. Sense for details: Business models, strategic positioning or dedicated aspects of regional banks in (over) regional and digital competition are assessed by you. Used digital transformation: Structures and processes at the entire house level optimise or develop staff, production and sales areas in a targeted manner. Future strength: You actively shape the orientation of your clients on sustainability, green financing and ESG criteria to formulate sustainability strategies.

Studies in economic or legal sciences, in industrial informatics or in industrial engineering or in economic mathematics successfully completed Relevant professional experience incl. Project activities in consulting the financial services industry, alternative comparable experience in staff functions or project management in financial institutions or their service providers First management experience or Project management responsibility Proactive, dedicated team player with safe appearance, creativity, independence, customer orientation, self-responsibility and very good MS Office skills High readiness and German and English very well in word and writing
