Senior Consultant (m/w/d) for sale DEINE CHANCEN:

• Service and repair work in the entire car service area on all common vehicle types
• Implementation of fault diagnosis, inspections and preparation of main investigations
• Axle measurement and adjustment, tyre and wheel service including assembly
• Support and cooperation in the field of customer support including advice and promotion
• Professional order processing and administrative support
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction and compliance with service standards

DISCLOSURE:

• Completed training in KFZ, ideally as a KFZ mechatronic (m/w/d)
• Fun to work both actively on the vehicle and in the sales space
• High technical competence and the ability to operate independent workshop orders
• Enthusiasm for honest customer advice and support as well as sales skills
• First experience in administration and order processing
• Organizational skill and ability to provide a great service even in turbulent times
