In the sales service you are a central interface between customers, external services and internal specialist departments. Their activities include tasks of the MESTO syringe factory E. Stockburger GmbH and FELCO EUROPE GmbH: Collection and processing of customer orders from Germany and abroad in the ERP system proALPHA Coordination and tracking of orders in close coordination with purchasing, production and shipping Communication with customers, traders and field staff by phone and email Recording and internal processing of complaints Cooperation in projects and support in the further development of processes

Completed commercial training Experience in order processing, ideally in the international environment Experience in handling export orders is desirable Embossed service and customer orientation Good English knowledge of word and writing French knowledge is advantageous You like to work in different topics and fields of tasks and appreciate a versatile activity
