As an employee: in the bike preparation at our site in Kabelsketal OT Großkugel, it is your task that every bike shines perfectly – just behind the scenes. This gives you a valuable contribution in our workshop and pursues the common goal of allowing each bike a second chance together with the team. What you need to be successful

Quality Consciousness: You work carefully, neatly and make sure that every bike is in perfect condition Reliability: We can rely on you, whether in the timely work or the quality of your tasks Physical fitness: The work with bicycles can be physically exhausting, so you should be fit and resilient German knowledge: You speak good German (at least B2) so that you can easily communicate with colleagues and understand processes Basic knowledge of bicycle technology: You don't have to be a professional mechanic:in – basic technical handles such as simple settings and small checks are enough Digital Affinity: You feel safe in handling digital tools and systems – we work with Apple Hardware

Visual preparation: cleaning of bicycles for our online shop jobrad-loop.com Technical diagnosis: Reading and checking of e-bike motors to detect and analyze technical errors Disassembly of accessories such as baskets, locks, pedals and batteries for the preparation of bicycles for further processing Logistic transfer: Coordination of the intermediate storage and transfer of bicycles between the individual stations to optimize the work processes
