You take over the end-to-end response for the Renewal Lifecycle of a defined customer portfolio (SaaS/Subscription/Maintenance). You proactively tax all upcoming renewals and take the follow-up at open renewals.

You negotiate independently pricing and contract terms within defined guidelines.

You identify Churn risks using usage, health and customer feedback data and use defined retention measures to secure the contract extension.

You document all activities, forecasts and probabilities in the CRM and maintain forecast management for your portfolio.

You identify and close Upsell/Add-on-Potenziale independently within defined limits.

You qualify for larger expansion potentials and transfer them to Sales in a structured manner.

Experience in Renewals, Inside Sales, Account Management or Subscription Management (B2B SaaS) Safe handling of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) incl. clean pipeline and forecast care Experience with structured outreach methods and very good written communication skills Understanding SaaS key figures (Churn, GRR, NRR, ARR) as well as experience with usage/health data Structured, independent working methods as well as knowledge of German and English
