Project management and control: Responsibility for IT security projects from conception to implementation Introduction of new IT security solutions: identification, evaluation and integration of innovative security solutions to protect our IT environment proactively and increase cyber resilience Cloud Security Strategies: Development and Implementation of Safe Cloud Solutions for Research and Administration Coordination and cooperation: Close cooperation with employees:inside the ITCF, with other specialist departments of the DKFZ and coordination of service providers to ensure a holistic IT security level Working with the DKFZ Computer Emergency Response Team (DKFZ-CERT) to detect and treat IT security incidents
Qualifications: Completed (master) degree of computer science or IT security; as an alternative a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience in IT security Experience in the evaluation and implementation of IT security solutions, ideally in a complex and heterogeneous environment Knowledge of network and IT security architectures as well as understanding of interfaces and interaction of different components and responsible teams Cloud Security Experience is Benefit Certifications in the field of IT security by GIAC, ISC2, TeleTrusT or manufacturer certifications are advantageous
