Do you not only want to operate systems, but to actively shape IT and develop people? In the role as team leader SAP Solutions (w/m/d), you take responsibility for a central IT team and drive forward the further development of our digital landscape together with us. Leadership & Development: You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of your team, promote the individual development of your employees and create an environment in which cooperation, innovation and self-responsibility are lived. Stability and quality of our IT services ensure: You are responsible for the stable operation of our SAP landscape (SAP S/4HANA in the SAP Private Cloud with the modules FI, CO, PM, CS, SD, MM, with their own ABAP and Fiori development, BW / BDC, BTP), control interfaces between systems and areas, ensuring high quality standards and a future-oriented development of the platform. IT projects lead to success: You take responsibility in strategic IT projects, coordinate internal and external project participants and ensure that projects are implemented efficiently, on time and within the budget. Operational implementation of strategy: You design the implementation of the corporate and IT strategy (“SAP first”) in your area of responsibility, continuously develop processes and establish sustainable structures for knowledge transfer and cooperation. Promoting technological development: With your professional know-how, you continuously develop our SAP architecture, methods and tools and consistently align them with our business requirements. Analyse and optimize processes: You analyse end-to-end business processes digitize and automate them in a targeted manner in order to increase efficiency, transparency and professionalism sustainably. Promote innovation and cooperation: You maintain a close exchange with internal and external stakeholders, observe technological trends and introduce new impulses for the further development of our IT into relevant bodies and working groups.

Complete Bachelor Program in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics or a Comparative Qualification 5-7 years of relevant professional experience in managing IT teams or managing IT projects as well as managing external service providers You bring well-founded knowledge in building, functioning and architecture of complex SAP systems and master methodological project management in theory and practice (e.g. IPMA/GPM, PRINCE2, PMP, ITIL, desirable).
