Bachelor's degree as far as possible with the focus on personnel or business or senior management or professional qualification with multi-year professional experience in personal controlling Knowledge and professional experience in household and human resources and structures of a university are desirable Self-employed Team skills Ready for use Very good German knowledge Very good expressiveness in word and writing English knowledge Customer-oriented work Secure computer skills
