The main tasks of the more than 40-person expansion and real estate include the acquisition of new store areas, the design and market planning, the purchase of non-traded goods as well as the implementation of new and rebuilds of our Alnatura Super Natur markets. In addition, the expansion and real estate sector coordinates the operation and maintenance of more than 150 markets and central locations. In our area of expansion and real estate, you will become part of our steadily growing working community. Full time (40 hours/week)

Take responsibility for the management and control of projects (rental-specific extension incl. Alnatura Super Nature Markets Shop) in all performance phases Advise our expansion team and internal areas in structural, organizational and economic issues Coordinate the optimal communication flow between external and internal project participants Treat yourself to landlords and project developers, public authorities and competent authorities Control the project sequence and accompany the implementation of the services on site Perform VOB acceptances and answer quality and cost control

You have a degree with a focus on (internal) architecture, civil engineering or comparable technical training You have experience in construction management and control of projects, at best in the field of commercial real estate Good knowledge in the field of construction law, HOAI, as well as the VOB draw You are fit in testing and evaluating the conceptual implementation of building technology You have readiness to travel nationwide You can inspire yourself for organic food and are characterized by a hand-on mentality Strong communication and decision-making skills complete your profile
