Back-Office Specialist Data Management and Direct Marketing (m/f/d)

You make data the driving force of our electricity market: As a central contact person, you develop our data management and raise it to the next level through automation and AI. You make sure that our master and load handling data are complete, up-to-date and load-bearing and thus form the right basis for operational decisions at any time. You transform optimization potentials into smart solutions and actively shape our back-office, data and contract management processes. You coordinate technical connections, measurement and control concepts as well as communication with direct marketers. You take responsibility for electricity contracts, deadlines and obligations and ensure that nothing is lost in contract management. You connect people, data and processes: internally and externally, in exchange with stakeholders, as well as in the support and training of your colleagues.

Business training, studies in the energy industry, economics, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification Professional experience in energy, electricity marketing, direct marketing or a comparable energy economy is desirable Understanding market communication processes in the electricity market and their importance for electricity marketing; a basic understanding of EEG, EnWG, control energy and market processes for producing market locations is advantageous A structured, careful, agile and independent way of working, high sense of responsibility and reliable follow-up of tasks, deadlines and open points (Product-Owner properties) Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel; Knowledge in programming languages is advantageous, but no requirement IT affinity and interest in digital systems, data structures, automation and AI as well as the willingness to work on new systems and topics Communication strength, networking competence and the ability to understand complex facts Very good German skills are essential, English skills desirable
