Project Manager (m/f/d)

In your job as Project Manager, you become an active designer of our company future. That means: You lead the program Lift-Off to the further development of the company. You are responsible for projects to optimize operations and performance. You participate in growth topics such as M&A topics and the establishment of new sites. You support the branch management in the processing of operational facts. You’re practicing trends, starting sound business cases and making clear recommendations for our growth projects. You design and moderate workshops with the management and important stakeholders. You develop professional corporate and product presentations as part of sales and customer projects.

A bachelor's or preferred master's degree in BWL, Economics, Economic Law, Logistics or a similar field First professional experience in operations, in project management, consulting or comparable fields Basic knowledge of the air freight industry and interest in deep diving Excellent PowerPoint competence for creating convincing, addressable presentations Strong Excel competencies (WENN, SVERWEIS/VLOOKUP, Pivot etc.) Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English - every nationality welcome Readiness and desire to get to know different countries, locations and customers A performance mentality: You are hands-on, want to grow quickly, take responsibility and are ready to go for the extra mile
