Your new job:

• Tour planning and disposition - Planning and disposition of national truck tours to supply our branches
• Communication with drivers and internal departments - Interface communication for operational control and ensuring scheduled transport operations
• Termin monitoring and short-term rescheduling in case of deviations - Control of compliance with delivery dates and short-term response to changes
• Data processing & reporting - Documentation and maintenance of relevant data in the MRP system;
• Support in the preparation of evaluations and reports

You should bring that with you:

• Training - Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Professional knowledge – Experience in the disposition of trucks desirable; Knowledge of legal regulations in transport (Lenk and rest periods, ADR etc.)
• IT knowledge - Safe handling of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Personality - communication-strong, structured mode of operation, fast conception
