Responsibility for the targeted development of international markets and the expansion of existing customer relationships Strengthen company presence through direct sales activities with customers and through participation in trade fairs and special events Expansion of the sales network in the areas of high-performance materials, surface technologies and industrial coating technology - with focus on customized solutions Control customer projects holistically - from offerings through contract negotiations to final release - while ensuring smooth handling analyse market trends and competitive activities in order to identify opportunities at an early stage and to improve the positioning of the company in a targeted manner Maintain close coordination with product management and development to optimally place products on the market and ensure their success sustainably

Founded sales experience in the industrial environment of products requiring technical explanation Completed studies (technical or economic) of advantage Ideal experience in coating (PVD), metal or titanium First leadership experience or clear leadership potential International readiness and intercultural competence German and English skills
