Portfolio management is the main partner for internal and external partners for all aspects of our MEAG funds. Our strong team is responsible for all the necessary tasks that arise as part of the qualitative and quantitative coordination of MEAG funds and front office man data.

• Development and technical design of the requirements for the technical implementation of the overarching NPP processes, in particular for the mapping in the NAV determination of the securities funds, in fund financial statements and at the interfaces to the direct investment, as well as processing in the context of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Special responsibility for the correct integration of new products into mandates and funds, taking into account regulatory and structural requirements (e.g. KAG relevance)
• Ensuring the relevant governance requirements, in particular preparation, documentation and release of KAG-relevant NPPs by managing director decisions
• End-to-end monitoring, control and quality control of all parallel NPP processes
• Central contact and coordination function for administration, in particular interface to management and management level of the Administration division
• Close coordination with other internal departments, as well as external partners such as storage centres, clearers and external data and service providers

That's what you think:

• successfully completed bank business training or studies with financial orientation;
• Funded capital market and investment product knowledge and ideally experience in the back office of an asset manager
• Experience in the technical conception of processes or in project-oriented activity at the interface between specialist and IT
• Very good knowledge of MS Office programs required; Knowledge of SCD and/or SAP desirable
• Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
• High quality awareness combined with pronounced communication and coordination capability
