Business Partner SSW (m/f/d)

You shape commercial strategies, implement them and thus optimize the company's performance. You proactively support the region in achieving its strategic goals. For budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting, you are responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient financial management. Within the team, you develop the workflows with other administrative departments and thus ensure efficient and effective operation in our commercial processes. You analyze commercial processes, identify potential for improvement and implement measures to increase efficiency. You contribute to the conceptual development and new implementation of controlling tools and accompany projects for process optimization. In addition, you are responsible for identifying and analyzing key figures as well as creating benchmarks and reports. In your role, you act as a central contact person (m/w/d) for your region, making it an important member of the management team and acting as an interface to internal and external stakeholders.

You have a successfully completed business studies or a comparable qualification. You have desirable multiannual experience in the automotive industry. Process knowledge in the car house is also advantageous. You bring outstanding analytical skills and extensive experience in strategic and operational management. Not only comprehensive knowledge in financial and business management, but also the ability to tackle challenges proactively and develop sustainable solutions are the key to you. Your communication strength and your enforcement ability to successfully implement business goals complete your profile.
