Senior Consultant IT Management (m/f/d)

As Senior Referent (all genders) of the IT management, you are a strategic Sparring Partner (all genders) and operational drivers (all genders). You work closely with the management and shape the further development of key topics such as IT infrastructure, security, data center and pre-sales and finance. In this key role, you will be acquainted with the field management and take responsibility for managing, coordinating and implementing business-critical initiatives. You act as a central interface between management, executives and technical teams, translate strategic target images into concrete measures and ensure their sustainable implementation. In addition, you will provide complex content with address-oriented content – in particular in the form of decision-relevant presentations, management documents and communication formats for management. Your mission – or, in other words, your tasks You act as a close, trusting Sparring partner (all genders) of the management and proactively advises on strategic, technological and organizational issues. Together with the management and the departments, you shape the business and IT strategy and promote its sustainable development with clear responsibility for earnings. You’re questioning existing strategies, target images and initiatives constructively and bringing your own impulses to the further development of business model, IT landscape and organization. You translate strategic target images into priority initiatives, programs and concrete measures – including clear target definition, KPIs and success measurement. You take the end-to-end responsibility for strategic initiatives with high relevance – from conception to successful and sustainable implementation. You control enterprise-wide, cross-sector transformation programs (e.g. cloud, platforming, IT security) and ensure their targeted implementation. You prepare complex technological and strategic topics for management and create sound basis for decision-making. You develop high-quality executive documents (e.g. Decision Papers, Board Presentations, Strategy Papers) and accompany decision-making processes on C-Level. You act as a central interface between management, business, IT and external partners and secure a consistent commitment. You effectively manage internal and external stakeholders (including service providers and partners) and make their contribution to achieving the goals. You develop and establish scalable governance structures, processes and standards for the sustainable management of the IT and business landscape. You actively promote transformation and change initiatives and encourage their organizational anchoring and acceptance.

What you bring – besides the desire to move something You have a well-founded experience in the IT infrastructure environment (cloud, data center, network, operation) and understand their interaction in the corporate context. You have a deep understanding of modern IT architectures and technological trends and evaluate their business relevance. You bring experience in managing complex programs and strategic IT initiatives. You combine strategic thinking with a high level of implementation and consistently promote topics. You quickly analyze complex facts and prepare them to address them. You act confidently at the top management level and convince as a savings partner (all genders) of the management. You will certainly appear, argue clearly and bring together different stakeholders in a targeted manner. You work structured, clearly prioritize and keep an overview in dynamic environments. You trade proactively, take responsibility and bring topics to the implementation. You have strong communication and moderation capabilities – even in challenging situations. You have experience in working with the management or in comparable control functions. You are familiar with governance and process frameworks (e.g. ITIL) and use them pragmatically. You communicate technical content in a comprehensible manner and have very good knowledge of German and good English.
