This profile brings you as a specialist sales service (m/w/d):

• Professional training with professional experience
• Professional experience in technical sales and customer support
• Good English knowledge of word and writing
• Very good MS Office knowledge
• Experience in the application of SAP or a comparable ERP system, CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics) desirable
• Technical understanding
• Very good numerical understanding and precise operation
• High and flexible commitment and team capability

Projektmanager (m/w/d):

• Individual, telephone support from customers Calculation and creation of offers
• Creation and tracking of orders
• Ordering the goods in the works and partly with third-party suppliers
• Active delivery date tracking
• Commercial project management and complaint management
• Active support of the external service (no travel activities)
• General administrative tasks in the sales service
• Cooperation with other commercial and technical departments
