Your challenge: New and further development of hydraulic filter systems for future market and customer requirements in cooperation with product management and sales Responsibility for technical projects in the development of hydraulic filter systems Design of innovative constructive solutions in cooperation with internal and external development partners and their constructive assessment Determining the information of a specification based on customer claims and definition of product load specifications taking into account market requirements Planning, budgeting, coordination and control of all necessary technical activities within a project (designation, CAD design, simulation, prototype construction, validation, etc.) Ensuring compliance with the technical project objectives (quality, schedule, costs) in cooperation with the project manager Construction and maintenance of knowledge management in the field of hydraulic filter systems Presentation of project and development results for internal and external customers Creation and evaluation of development-relevant documents such as, e.g., specifications, DFMEA, design reviews etc. as well as planning and commissioning of component tests Responsibility for planning and coordinating innovation projects

Your profile: Education: Successful degree in mechanical engineering or a comparable degree course Professional experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in the development of hydraulic filter systems Expertise: Embossed system competence in the field of hydraulic filter systems and fluid technology Competences in manufacturing processes for the production of various hydraulic filter systems (tank return filter, high pressure filter, suction filter etc.) Competence in the field of component testing and the design of test benches Knowledge of CATIA V5 Secure user knowledge in handling MS-Office

Language knowledge: German and English knowledge in word and writing Personality: Result-oriented, entrepreneurial and agile thinking Creativity and innovation joy in developing new products and business models Impressed innovation and communication skills and intercultural sensitivity readiness for international missions
