Located right behind the main railway station, in the heart of St. Georges, the Deutsche SchauSpielHaus today looks back on over 125 years of moving theatre history. Founded in 1899 on a private initiative by Hamburger Bürger*innen, it is one of the most beautiful theatre buildings in Germany and, with its 1200 seats, is also one of the largest public theatres in the country. Namous intendants have shaped the character of the house and made it well known over the borders of Hamburg. The SchauSpielHaus also includes the MalerSaal and the RangFoyer, which serve as playgrounds for smaller productions, and since 2005 the Junge SchauSpielHaus, with its own playground at the Theaterzentrum in Hamburg-Barmbek. With around 20 premieres and over 500 performances per season, the SchauSpielHaus makes a significant contribution to the cultural life in the Hanseatic city.

We are looking for a:

Your role – this awaits you: Support of team management in the organisation and coordination of the Department of Housing Technology Representation of team management in absence and gradual takeover of management task Central contact*in the department for other areas of the house Ensuring the building and operational control operation of the house and safety equipment of the SchauGameHaus (including sprinkler, fire detection, heating, ventilation, sanitary, inspicuous and electrical installations) Support in the creation, implementation and compliance of maintenance and maintenance plans Monitoring and documentation of expert and expert reviews Working with the disposition of orders, personnel and material Participation in material and storage disposition and execution of reorders Service Planning Support (PEM) Monitoring, coordination and control of external service providers including warranty tracking Participation in the collection and evaluation of offers and their assignment Participation in meetings and visits under construction and maintenance measures

Your talent – this brings you: Complete vocational training, ideally in the field of electrical, heating, sanitation, ventilation or in a comparable commercial-technical profession First experience in the management of employees or in a deputy leadership position would be desirable Extensive sense of responsibility, organizational talent and joy in team collaboration High self-initiative as well as a solution-oriented and practical operation Very good communication skills and convincing appearance High flexibility and reliability Secure handling of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Class B driving licence would be desirable It is a part-time job with 90% of the weekly working hours of a comparable full-time job. After a structured training phase and close cooperation with the current team leader, the team management is planned.
