In this responsible key role, you take over the leadership of an approximately 50-member team at two centrally located locations in Schleswig-Holstein and actively shape the future development of the business unit. Total responsibility for the economic, organisational and personnel management of the SHK area at two locations in Schleswig-Holstein Leadership, development and support of executives and around 50 employees in the area of responsibility Management and development of the business unit with a view to growth, efficiency and long-term competitiveness Responsibility for the successful implementation of demanding SHK projects throughout Schleswig-Holstein Focus on projects for contracting authorities, in particular schools, daycare centres and other municipal and public institutions Responsibility for budget planning, earnings development, resource management and cost control Care and development of long-term customer, partner and supplier relationships Continuous optimization of processes, structures and workflows as well as ensuring high quality standards

Complete study in the field of supply technology, building technology, building climate or comparable qualification Alternatively technical training in the SHK environment with further training to master or technician Multiannual leadership experience in SHK, TGA or technical building equipment Impressed ability to lead, develop and inspire people for common goals Funded knowledge of building contract law (VOB/B) Entrepreneurial thinking and a good understanding of economic relations Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Safe handling of current MS Office applications driving licence class B
