Sales qualification of employees in the company customer business of Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken Implementation of sales and communication trainings including workstations (training on the job) for corporate customer sales directly on site at our customers, at our venues and in digital learning formats Use of modern, target-group and market-oriented methods and media as part of education Professional-didactic conception of training in presence and as live online trainings as well as modern and motivating asynchronous self-learning formats (including WBT's/Videos)

Professional experience in corporate customer sales and sound knowledge in sales techniques and strategies Experience in carrying out and designing sales trainings is desirable Ideally knowledge of adult education and digital learning media instruments Knowledge of the application of the cooperative core banking system and the cooperative offering of services are desirable High level of work organisation, self-management and action orientation Impressed communication strength, team capacity and high service orientation readiness to travel nationwide
