Professional and disciplinary leadership of intralogistics at the Neustadt-Glewe site incl. Personal planning, deployment and development Responsibility for raw material storage, component storage, C-part storage, receipt of goods, commissioning and internal transport Optimization of all flows of materials and goods along the value chain Ensuring stable, efficient and transparent production supply Development of storage structures, layouts, deployment concepts and land use Introduction and development of Lean Logistics Methods, Shopfloor Management and CVP Digitalization of logistical processes and support for the smart-factory strategy Leadership, development and motivation of employees and managers in the area of responsibility Control based on clear KPIs, in particular productivity, stocks, delivery capacity, quality and logistics costs

You are not an administrator of existing structures, but a designer Multiannual management experience in intralogistics or production logistics of a manufacturing company Detectable successes in optimizing material flows, storage structures and logistics processes Experience with Lean Management, CVP and number-oriented control Good knowledge of ERP systems, ideally SAP Analytical strength, conceptual thinking and clear implementation orientation Enforcement, communication strength and the ability to gain people for change Entrepreneurial thinking, cost awareness and pronounced hands-on mentality
