As a specialist seller in the Berlin Schöneberg branch, you will advise customers personally, present new products and sell hand tools and consumables directly in our salesroom. Our assortment will put you in the scene to stimulate spontaneous purchases and create incentives for purchase. You equip the shelves and make the sales area creative. You take care of the inclusion of articles and the processing of complaints. One essential part of your daily business is the telephone customer support - you answer questions, accept orders and communicate individual price and demand offers. You advise your colleagues in the field service both by phone and on site in the shop. Your common goal: to find the best solutions with the greatest benefit for our customers.

Industry knowledge is advantageous, but no prerequisite. More important is your affinity for craftsmanship and your open, friendly and communicative character. When you find a solution, get into your customers, ask for needs and needs and actively look for potential improvement. Safe handling of digital tools such as tablets, SAP and Outlook helps you professionally care for customers. You speak the language of craftsmanship – clear, concise and adapted to your interlocutors. A safe language level in German (min. C1) is required. A handicraft or commercial conclusion e.g. as seller, trader, trader, master.
