IT Service Manager Network Infrastructure (f/m/d)

From the specification to the tendering, awarding, quality assurance and order control to logistics and processing, Bw Clothingsmanagement GmbH (BwBM) is responsible for the entire value chain of the Bundeswehr clothing – from shoes to helmet. For our area IT in the headquarters in Cologne we are looking for you as IT Service Manager Network Infrastructure (m/d) We renew the entire network infrastructure at our locations to ensure a high-performance data connection and establish new technical solutions. Together with a colleague, you take over the service management and work in a team of seven people.

As a technical contact*in you take over the IT Service Management of the network infrastructure. Together with external service providers, you operate the IT network infrastructure and monitor compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs). They design and implement IT network topics or coordinate their implementation by service providers. In addition, monitor and secure network security, identify and troubleshoot network problems and perform capacity planning and performance analyses to ensure the availability and reliability of IT services. You create and maintain system documentation and report to management.

Completed studies in (economic) informatics or completed professional-qualifying IT training with relevant training, such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Multiannual professional practice in IT network management, e.g. as a system engineer, system administratorin, IT service managerin or (partial) project manager*in Experience with firewall, VoIP, MPLS, LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, DNS and DHCP Flowing German in Word and Writing (C2-Niveau) Start-related travel readiness (total of approximately 15 % a year)
