Your future role As Account Manager Finance & Credit Audit (m/w/d) in the area of Consumer Finance, you are our face to the customer: You build sustainable customer relationships, understand the needs of our customers and ensure that our financial products are used optimally. You are responsible for strengthening our sales and at the same time having the credit risk in mind.

That's the point:

You are contact for our customers on all questions about financing You work closely with colleagues in the areas of customer service, product management and sales as well as our local companies on site to ensure a smooth process for positive customer experience. You create the interface with external sales partners and make sure that their financing customers also experience a perfect user experience. You support contract creation and ensure the quality of all documents and documents that go to our customers. To ensure that we continually improve, you will find new guidelines, tools and processes to increase efficiency and accuracy. You check and evaluate credit applications and related information and documentation of our potential customers. You analyze the financial data to determine the creditworthiness of our potential customers and make sure that our corporate policies are complied with.

Your profile

You have a degree in the field of BWL, Product Management, Finance or a comparable training, such as a banking businessman or Businesswoman successfully completed Mind. 2 years of professional experience in a comparable role as well as experience in dealing with customers characterize you. Ideally, you have already gained experience in the market sequence of a bank or savings bank. You have the talent to communicate complex facts clearly, both in writing and oral. You can communicate safely in German (min. C1) and communicate well in English (B1). You have the ability to successfully bring in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment. Embossed analytical skills with great attention to detail complete your profile.
