Your tasks Project support: You support the project management in the planning, control and implementation of projects in the banking environment - from the project facility to the controlling to the successful conclusion. Structure and organisation: You are responsible for the maintenance and further development of project structures, scheduling, resource planning and budget planning as well as for the creation of project documentation and reports. Controlling and reporting: You carry out project controlling tasks, create status reports and presentations for management and stakeholders and ensure compliance with time and budget requirements. Communication: You coordinate appointments, assist in preparing and logging meetings and ensure smooth communication between all parties Process improvement: You work on the continuous development and optimization of PMO processes, tools and methods. Development: You work closely with experienced project managers and test managers and have the opportunity to further develop yourself in perspective towards (partial) project management.

That's what you bring You have a degree in economics, business informatics or comparable training. You have basic knowledge of project management methods (classical or agile) and have ideally worked with tools like Jira, MS Project, Confluence or the like. Analytical thinking, a structured working method and a high quality awareness are what distinguishes you. You are communicative, solution-oriented and like to work in the team - also in interdisciplinary environments. Own initiative, organizational skills and a sovereign appearance are among your strengths. You bring very good knowledge of German and English.
