Full-time or part-time (from 35 hours) The Studierendenwerk München Oberbayern offers social and economic services for students. We offer housing, gastronomic facilities, kitas, a consultancy network and a cultural programme and manage the promotion of training. We are responsible for 15 universities in Munich, Garching, Martinsried, Freising, Rosenheim, Benediktbeuern, Traunstein, Burghausen and Mühldorf am Inn. With more than 9,000 apartments, the Housing Division provides affordable housing for students. We build and operate these housing in commercial and technological terms. Responsibility: You control the monitoring, care and maintenance of our domestic and security technology and, if necessary, also pack your own. Team management with heart and mind: You run your master team professionally as well as disciplinary, motivate colleagues (m/w/d) and coordinate daily use. Interface competency: (m/w/d) for external service providers and cleaning companies and ensure the quality of services provided. Safety in focus: Compliance with traffic safety requirements, occupational safety and safety regulations is in your hands. Process and Damage Management: You keep the overview of maintenance measures, take care of data collection (countries, checklists) and efficiently handle insurance cases.

Foundation basis: A completed technical training with additional qualification / further training (e.g. in the field of house/building technology, facility management) or a comparable qualification. Experience: Multiannual professional experience in home technology or technological facility management. Leader: First experience in team management is a big plus – you convince by empathy and a healthy enforcement capability. Communication strength: You communicate with residents (m/w/d), colleagues (m/w/d) and service providers in a sovereign and value-assurance manner. Digital fitness: The use of common PC applications is obvious to you. The certain extra: knowledge of VOB and good English skills complete your profile ideally.
