You support and accompany participants in the labour market. You regularly agree with the cooperation partners of Pro Arbeit and the EPM. Depending on your individual needs, you can support people in the search for housing, in the case of public authorities or other concerns. Enable and motivate them in an empathic way in contact with our counsel seekers. You document your work carefully and professionally.

A completed study of social education or social work Joy in working with people in precarious situations You are open and happy to communicate with different people. You meet our seekers with appreciation and openness. First experiences are desirable, but no compelling prerequisite. Enforcement and the ability to assess difficult situations well Knowledge in SGB II and SGB XII is advantageous. Class B driving licence
