Facility Manager in Commissioning (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the commissioning of an object as a central task within a dynamic, specialized manufacturing department Technical guidance of the product line and suppliers to be coordinated in order to transfer the object from the equipment to the testing phase in a timely and quality-oriented manner Coordination of the object in the sense of occupational safety, introduction of necessary safety measures and monitoring their implementation for all parties Creation and maintenance of reporting on object status, derivation of measures in shop-floor management and control of their implementation Professional leadership of the watch and maintenance team during sea trials and technical responsibility for maintaining the testable condition of the object

Complete technical-nature studies or a comparable qualification as well as professional experience in naval construction or related areas, complemented by proven leadership experience Embossed conceptual skills for balancing processes and project requirements, sound knowledge of the application of quality-specific standards (ISO 9001/9100, AQAP, naval building regulations) and comprehensive understanding of production in underwater shipbuilding Experience in the professional leadership of employees, convincing and efficient communication in German and English as well as active interface and interdisciplinary team management In-depth knowledge about technical systems and their complex relationships in underwater shipping, combined with sovereign occurrence, positive team spirit, flexibility, implementation and change competence, and high degree of self-responsibility, autonomy and negotiation skills in complex situations readiness to travel and foreign missions, including longer stays during sea trials
