Multiannual relevant professional and leadership experience in the warehouse and logistics environment Very good IT skills, especially in handling MS Excel as well as common warehouse management and ERP systems Impressed leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop and make decisions confident High level of organizational strength and pronounced analytical thinking Communication strength in handling internal colleagues, suppliers, service providers and customers Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Ideal experience in wholesale

You ensure that all processes work smoothly in the warehouse – from receipt of goods to commissioning to dispatch In addition, you continuously develop the storage area by optimizing and unifying processes to improve efficiency and service quality In your role, you lead a team of around 70 employees, promote cooperation and support personal and professional development The planning of personnel, layers and resources is your responsibility, so that trouble-free operation is guaranteed Also keep in mind relevant key figures, evaluate them and create regular reports for control and target achievement
