Assistant Sales, Marketing & Events (m/f/d)

In this versatile position, you support the Sales Department organizational, conceptual and operationally and actively contribute to the further development of our marketing and communication measures. A special focus is on the planning and implementation of training, sales and marketing formats. Events & Training Planning, organisation and follow-up of sales and training events Coordination of Locations, Technology, Referent:inside and service providers Creation of schedules, materials and presentations Marketing & Communication Active participation in the design, planning and implementation of marketing measures for sales support Development, design and development of marketing and communication materials (Print & Digital) Processing of content for training, events and sales formats Preparation and maintenance of presentations, sales documents and promotional materials Support in the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns Participation in the development of internal and external communication formats Social Media & Online Communication Strategic support and further development of our social media channels Planning, creation and publication of target group-oriented content Monitoring activities and deriving simple optimization measures Organization & Support appointment and travel coordination for the department manager Support for administrative and organisational tasks Preparation of presentations, reports and evaluations Extras Coordination of the training of sales partners (including IHK exams) Care and care of the internal webshop for sales partners

Commercial training or studies (e.g. marketing, BWL, event management) Experience in event management, marketing, assistance functions or organisational roles Structured, independent and reliable operation Embossed organisational, communication and coordination strength Knowledge or strong interest in marketing, communication or media design Safe handling of MS Office; Advantages of Adobe InDesign Service-oriented thinking, team spirit, initiative and desire to advance things
