Your tasks:

• Define requirements for connected modular machine system
• Responsibility for selecting electrical components for power supply, control, energy and signal distribution as well as operator safety
• Production launch of new electrical assemblies in cooperation with the Operations Team
• Create and manage data in Solid Works Electrical and with Siemens Teamcenter
• Visibility of standards and international standards for electrical safety, in particular IEC/UL61010 and the related standards to be applied
• Support for safety checks in laboratories and advice on EMC tests
• Control of internal or external electrical technicians in the house or other locations
• Representation of the Mechatronics department in multi-site and business unit teams
• Cooperation with other technical and non-technical fields in cross-functional project teams
• Technical responsibility for various phases in development processes (ideation, successful, design control)
• Working in new development and product care projects and ensuring quality and product safety
• Support in the documentation of development results

Your qualifications:

That's what you bring

• Complete studies in electrical engineering, medical technology, computer science or comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of professional experience
• First experience in the development of complex automation systems and medical technology is desirable
• Secure handling of Microsoft Office and IT tools, ideally Solid Works Electrical
• An embossed hand on mentality, safe occurrence, enforcing ability and team capability
• Flowing German and English knowledge in word and writing
