This brings the job

• Processing and handling of national and international customer requests and logistics orders
• Customs settlement including direct contact with customs offices, authorities and other bodies
• production of export declarations, freight tables, calculations
• booking and monitoring of logistical processes
• coordination with various stakeholders, such as quality assurance, production, key account management and freight forwarders
• master data maintenance and maintenance of prices and conditions
• Up and implementation of the application for AEO certification (including application of all requirements and regulations)

Your strengths

• Completed commercial training and like first professional experience in the fields of export / customs processing
• Knowledge in the process of logistical processes and the associated voting and documents
• Very good communicative skills and organizational skills as well as the readiness to incorporate into new programs
• Good MS Office skills and SAP skills
• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, ideally knowledge of another foreign language
