Our Kita Dat Butjerhus is located in Worpswede in the heart of the SOS Children's Village. Here, children in 2 elementary groups and a crib group are assisted by a dynamic team in need-oriented and dedicated manner. A modern new Kita building is currently being created, which is expected to be put into operation in the summer of 2026 and in which four groups will then find room in bright, inviting rooms. You understand child protection as an important job in working with the children you are responsible and conscientiously implementing. You create a pedagogical everyday life that is adapted to the needs and interests of young children and in which you are happy to promote their holistic development. Participation forms the basis of your daily pedagogical action for democracy formation. You organize and design attractive gaming and learning environments that stimulate the child's interest and offer individual development opportunities.
