Our expectations for you Completed training as a specialist informant:in system integration or studies in the field of (economic) informatics Ideally first practical experience in administration or IT support Experience in handling Microsoft or Linux operating systems is beneficial Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English High service and customer orientation, communication strength and experience with ticket systems JOBV1_EN
