The Quality Operator plays a critical role in upholding, monitoring, and continuous improvement quality standards across our production operations. This detail-oriented individual will champion quality initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive process improvements throughout the supply chain and production floor. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Develop, review, update, and maintain SOPs while effectively training teams on compliance and quality best practices. Quality Auditing: Plan and execute internal audits, prepare comprehensive audit checklists and reports, manage Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and provide essential support during external audits. Data Analysis & Reporting: Perform daily quality data analysis to identify emerging trends and execute root cause analyses. Develop and maintain reporting thehboards to communicate key quality metrics to leadership. Continuous Improvement: Champion workplace organization by implementing and sustaining 5S methodologies (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) and conducting regular 5S audits. Supplier Quality Management: Monitor and measured supplier performance by maintaining accurate scorecards, issuing non-conformance tickets, and coordination effective resolutions.
Education: Degree, diploma, or formal education in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Quality Assurance, or a related field is required. Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, with strong proficiency in Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP), Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, identify core issues, and implement effective problem-solving strategies. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to train team members and cooperating effectively with suppliers.
