Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

As part of our dedicated, ten-headed team, you take the salary bills for a firm group of employees in the company – including all wage tax and social insurance issues. You make sure that all accounting processes are carried out correctly and on time, such as master data management and reporting and certification. In addition, the creation of different personal-relevant documents is one of your regular tasks. You actively promote the further development of workflows, adapt processes to changing framework conditions, and participate in the digitization and optimization of our operational accounting processes.

You have a completed commercial training and an additional qualification in payroll accounting. Multiannual practical experience in payroll accounting as well as good knowledge in tax, social security and labour law help you to carry out this responsible task professionally. The handling of HR IT systems is familiar to you and you have fun working on new software and processes. Ideally, you already have experience with SAP – but this is not a must. We appreciate your motivation to develop and optimize accounting processes. A service-oriented and team-oriented operation completes your profile.

salary: You receive a collectively regulated remuneration (in accordance with the collective agreement for the private insurance industry). In addition, you will receive Christmas and holiday money as well as extensive social benefits – including an occupational pension scheme. A future-proof workplace is also waiting for you.

Homeoffice: Depending on the location and arrangement with your leadership, you can choose between different home office models. At least two days a week you are at the LVM campus. You will get a fully-fledged technical equipment and a unique home office shell of 800 € brutto.

Work-Life-Balance: Our flexible working time regulation with a 38-hour week and 30 holiday days allows you to adjust your working hours in consultation between 7 and 8 p.m. Any overtime paid is of course paid out or can alternatively be compensated for by leisure.

Flexibility: In addition to our home office, you can work up to ten more days on the mobile side within Germany or in the EU. We support you in connecting professional and private goals well.
