Queisser Pharma develops, produces and sells, as a successful medium­size enterprise with an international 800 employees, free-market pharmaceuticals, food supplements and medical products. Our brands Doppelherz and Protefix take leading positions in their respective markets and are distributed to end users in Germany and abroad via pharmacies, drugstore and consumer markets and e-commerce. Business Development Manager (m/w/d)

As a Business Development Manager (m/w/d) with a focus on Licensing-in, you are responsible for the identification, evaluation and negotiation of licensing agreements to extend our product portfolio with regard to regulatory medicines and medical devices.

Expansion and maintenance of strategic partnerships with companies in the pharmaceutical and medical devices industry Identification of new licensing options and evaluation of potential new partners Creation and presentation of business cases to evaluate new projects Management of contract negotiations and accompaniment of the entire licensing process up to the introduction of products incl. Alliance Management Cooperation with internal teams such as medicine admission, medical affairs, marketing and purchasing Conduct market analyses to identify trends and identify new business opportunities within the framework of the strategic portfolio expansion Project management and acquisition of an interface function with internal and external stakeholders Participation in national and international industry events and trade fairs

Graduate degree in the field of pharmacy, natural sciences, business administration or economic law At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of Business Development i. S. d. Licensing (in- or out) in the pharmaceutical and/or medical devices industry Insufficient, deeper understanding of licensing/registration-relevant thematic complexes that must be taken into account in the course of the operational due diligence of licensing projects Success in the negotiation and implementation of licensing agreements Outstanding analytical and strategic skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills German and English language skills in word and writing, other languages are advantageous readiness to travel
