System integration: Technical integration of control, automation and control systems in photovoltaic, storage and energy systems. Interface management: Definition and coordination of technical interfaces, communication relationships and responsibilities between systems and suppliers. Industrial Communication: Planning and testing of data flows and protocols such as Modbus TCP, OPC UA and IEC 61850. Control and control technology: evaluation of system-wide control and control circuits including set values, measured values, feedbacks, operating modes, lockings and limit values. PV- & BESS integration: SCADA, EMS, EZA controllers, BESS controllers, PCS/ inverters, BMS and other systems. Testing & commissioning: Planning and monitoring of integration tests, FAT and SAT as well as analysis of communication and functional problems. Documentation & Coordination: Examination of supplier documentation and maintenance of interface, signal, communication and system documentation.
Technical background in automation technology, electrical engineering, mechatronics, information technology or a comparable field. Good understanding of industrial control and automation systems and their functional relationships. Basic knowledge of control and control technology. Knowledge of Modbus TCP, OPC UA, IEC 61850 or comparable technologies is advantageous. Experience with SCADA, EMS, PLC or energy systems is welcome. Programming, however, is not the focus of the position. You identify technical gaps, coordinate interfaces actively and track problems structured up to the solution.
