Your duties Operational Recruiting Support Over All Phases Care and management of our applicant management system Collection, examination and forwarding of applications Event organization and coordination of interviews Communication with applicants (written and telephone) Support in the creation and publication of job advertisements Participation in optimizing recruiting processes and processes Support for administrative tasks in personnel Your profile Interest in recruiting, HR processes and applicant management systems Structured, careful and reliable operation Good communication skills and service orientation Safe handling of MS Office, ideally first experience with HR or recruiting tools Discretion, sense of responsibility and teamability
