Project manager for building services as client representation for building construction and open space projects (m/f/d)

As project manager TGA (m/w/d), you act within the project management in Bauherrenvertretung as responsible for the performance areas of technical building equipment in our construction projects and for the field of technical installations in free space projects. The focus is on the design and qualification of the most diverse existing buildings as well as new construction projects in our park facilities and other pioneering projects in Berlin. You yourself take responsibility for the project in all phases of the project development and implementation or accompany our construction and free space project lines to completion and transfer to the company. Your tasks include: Own guidance of projects (organic, economic and technical) Perception of client tasks in the role of the public builder*in Project control in the field of planning and construction (with focus on TGA and technical facilities in open spaces) Creating task description for TGA-relevant planning orders and defining the planning contents in coordination with the overall project lines Developing tender documents and accompanying the award procedure own monitoring of the progress of construction with quality, cost and time control or Guided external construction monitoring Monitoring of performance qualities and acceptance of performance Preparation of the handover of completed buildings and installations to property management

Complete study in the field of technical building equipment or facility management with deepening TGA Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position with technical knowledge in all phases of the HOAI and the VOB, as well as as as well-founded knowledge of the implementation of public construction projects and the procurement regulations (UVgO, VgV, ABau, etc.) In-depth knowledge of the generally accepted rules of technology and applicable standards German language skills in word and writing Self-employed, forward-looking, careful and reliable operation combined with the ability to work together
