As a “Personal Quality Assurance” in Düsseldorf, you are part of the Quality Assurance Team together with 12 other colleagues. In combination with the customer service, you are responsible for the quality assurance of our job advertisements. Only then do You get the “Checked by StepStone” attribute and are recommended to the candidate.

Your tasks You take responsibility for compliance with the StepStone quality standards You make sure that online job advertisements work technically perfectly You can classify job advertisements and assign the matching categories as well as search criteria to ensure optimal findability You make sure that job advertisements meet both the templates and customer requirements In addition, you will also take over other projects in the team

You bring these skills and qualifications No special degree is required for this position – your skills and motivation are crucial You work carefully, reliable and can concentrate on repetitive tasks for long You have the ability to quickly analyse texts and quickly identify relevant content You are routined in dealing with the PC and open to working in new applications You have excellent knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing You are available between 20 and 40 hours per week (Mondays to Fridays between 08:00 and 18:00) or by arrangement About every two weeks you also take a late service until 6 pm
