At the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Innovation, Digital and Energy, at the next possible time, two positions are as follows:

Resort coordination in the field of inland digitalisation

(m/w/d)**

in Unit A/5 – Digitization, Process Management – to be filled in full time. The employment rate is fixed for a period of two years.

Unit A/5 – Digitization, Process Management – sees itself as a motor for digitizing the Ministry of Economics, Innovation, Digital and Energy. It supports the Ministry's colleagues in analyzing work processes and digitizing them by means of appropriate IT support.

Your tasks

The area of responsibility of the body to be occupied shall include:

• Cooperation in project planning and independent controlling (document, control) of IT projects of MWIDE (partly in the context of cross-resort projects such as e.g. Supporting portal Saar or eAkte)
• Introduction of software
• Close coordination with other stakeholders in the business sector and with other actors in managing modernisation
• Own takeover of (part) projects. These include, for example,:
• Collection and documentation of the functional requirements in coordination with the departments involved
• Business Process Analysis and Showing Optimization Options
• Development of instructions/guides for handling applications
• Support for the implementation of further projects for administrative digitization
• Working in cross-resort working groups

Your qualification

(m/w/d) must have the following requirements:

• completed university or bachelor's degree in an administrative, technical or business sector
• Ability to conceptual and analytical thinking
• Ability to treat complex situations and develop creative solutions
• Ability to inquire from administrative processes and develop innovative proposals for process optimization
• motivation and persuasion
• Performance and independent and solution-oriented mode of operation
• Embossed communication and team skills
• Organizational and temporal flexibility
• Good IT user knowledge and openness to develop new possibilities

In addition, it is advantageous:

• knowledge of the process and organisation of the Supreme National Authorities
• experience through training or professional activity in public administration, preferably in the field of administrative digitization
• Practical experience in modelling, analysis and optimization of processes (e.g. FIM, BPMN etc.)
• Practical experience in dealing with DMS/eActs – systems
• First experience in project management in IT projects and/or project cooperation

The classification is based on the provisions of the collective agreement for the public service of the countries (TV-L). In the case of a level allocation to a pay group, relevant professional experience as well as supporting periods may be taken into account in the level allocation. (m/w/d) is also entitled to an additional pension and survivor's pension under equity.
