Tasks ✓ Machine operation: You take over the independent installation and operation of CNC machines for machining metal and plastic parts. ✓ Programming and Manufacturing: They are responsible for programming and optimization of CNC programs according to technical drawings and work plans to ensure fault-free production. ✓ Quality assurance: They take over the continuous monitoring of the manufacturing process and ensuring product quality through precise intermediate and final controls with common measuring devices. ✓ Maintenance: They ensure operational readiness through regular maintenance and maintenance work on the machines and remedying minor disturbances.

Profile ✓ Education: You have completed vocational training as a CNC specialist (m/w/d), industrial mechanic (m/w/d), machining mechanic (m/w/d) or a comparable technical qualification in the metal sector. ✓ Experience: A well-founded professional experience as a CNC specialist (m/w/d) is desirable, but also dedicated professionals are welcome. ✓ Expertise: They bring well-founded experience in dealing with various CNC machines (e.g. milling, turning) as well as brushing and operating the systems. ✓ Personality: Absolute reliability, team skills and flexibility in daily workdays are the key features. ✓ Layer readiness: The unrestricted readiness to work in the multilayer system (e.g. 2- or 3-layer) for a smooth production process is assumed.
